Call back PrOGRAM

Welcome to the Omaha Fire Department’s Call Back Program website! Please use the navigation menu to find the forms and information you need. Refer to ADM 4-0 for the full policy & details.

Submit a separate form for each call back day.

You can submit up to 15 days in advance.

Deadline to submit is 24hrs in advance at 0700hrs.

For additional call back opportunities sent through AlertSense. ​Only submit through this form if you have received a notification.

Deadline to reply is 30 minutes from time of notification.

If an employee has any issues, questions or concerns about call back, he/ she will contact Local 385 Union Vice President. At no time is it permissible to contact 5740, 5719, 5701, or 7787 to address any issues, questions, or concerns pertaining to call back. Failure to comply with this order will result in disciplinary action.
